2015
Founded in April 2015, 100% Villas Team is passionately devoted to luxury villa vacation rentals and sales on the island of Saint Martin.

Since then, 100% Villas has gone from strength to strength allowing it to open in October 2018 its second agency in Saint Barthelemy.

100% Villas Team is made up of 10 talents which are the central ingredients to our success. Based in St Martin and St Barths, they design and build each travel as a unique project.
