Your stay with 100% Villas: What you need to know
Once your booking request is received, 100% Villas will send you a rental agreement. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, unless otherwise specified in the contract. To secure your stay, please return the signed contract along with the payment.
- A 30% deposit must be paid to 100% Villas within 14 days of receiving the rental agreement to confirm your reservation. If this deadline is not met, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
- The remaining balance (70%), including taxes and service fees, is due in full at least 60 days before arrival.
Payments can be made in euros (€) or US dollars (US), depending on your preference.
Cancellation policy :
- Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount is non- refundable
- Cancellation between 59 and 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is non- refundable
- Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total amount is non- refundable
Your booking is officially confirmed once 100% Villas has received your payment. For the security deposit, your credit card must remain valid for at least one month after your departure date.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement or agreed in advance with our team.
If you'd like an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to ask, we'll do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.
Absolutely! Once your reservation is confirmed, our local concierge team will contact you to organize your arrival transfers, special requests, and more. On the day of your arrival, your dedicated concierge will greet you at the villa for check- in and a full walkthrough. Throughout your stay, our team of experts based in St. Martin will be available to assist you, recommend activities, and respond to any needs. With 100% Villas, you’re supported from start to finish by professionals who know the island inside and out.
Yes! Our concierge will gladly share their love of the island and help you organize experiences tailored to your tastes : boat trips, spa treatments, private chefs, sports, and more. We carefully select each service provider to ensure the highest quality. However, 100% Villas cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur during an activity carried out by an external partner.
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, pets are not allowed on the property. Permission must be requested in writing and approved by 100% Villas prior to arrival.
No amount will be charged or pre-authorized on your card. During check-in, your concierge will ask you to fill out a credit card authorization form with the security deposit amount, which serves as a guarantee in case of damages.
