Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. They are quoted in U.S. dollars and subject to an additional 10% government and service tax. Rates in euros can also be provided upon request, based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of issuance. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. A security deposit is required for each reservation.

We had a group of 9 and we all felt right at home. The place is beautiful and just perfect for a group. Plus Marius made it easy with his responsiveness and flexibility helping us coordinate airport shuttle, groceries and working with other local vendors (e.g chef we had as well as car service). Awesome villa with a wonderful view and fabulous location. Just minutes from food shopping, restaurants and the best beaches. The home is spacious and well designed for our group of 11 that included 5 children. Pool, outdoor eating and grilling areas and a family of large turtles that amused the kids. We were also able to see a great fireworks display on New Years Eve from the comfort of our villa. The kitchen is very well supplied for cooking and serving with a well designed cooking area and rather new appliances. Large bedrooms with very nice bathroom/showers. - Mrs. P, January 2025

The house was absolutely beautiful! We especially loved the outdoor shower, the gym, the kitchen and the deck. It comfortably slept 10 people, and we didn’t have any maintenance issues. It also felt very safe behind two gates in a neighborhood, which we loved. Mehdi was an amazing concierge and he helped me book rental cars at the very last second. He responded to my Whatsapp messages within a couple of minutes which was also very impressive. He is super welcoming and friendly, and we really enjoyed working with him.
