The villa spans two levels, each thoughtfully designed to maximize relaxation and well-being for its guests. The main level is the heart of the home, featuring an open and luminous living space. Large bay windows allow natural light to flood in, highlighting the contemporary and sophisticated decor. The living and dining areas open onto a spacious terrace, perfect for gathering with loved ones, whether for a meal or simply to relax and admire the stunning view on the horizon.
On this same level, you’ll find the first two bedrooms, ideally located near the main living spaces for optimal convenience. Each room is furnished with high-quality materials and finishes, and includes its own private en-suite bathroom. Our group of 9 booked Villa Vogue Art in Cul de Sac SXM for a birthday trip and we had an absolutely amazing time! From beginning to end, Marius was an awesome host. Before arrival, he arranged the complimentary airport transfer. When we arrived, Marius gave us a tour of the villa and let us know where we could find everything. The house was fully equipped with anything you needed. If there was something we didn’t have, Marius was able to have it available for us. The villa was so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave LOL. We were overall pleased with the safety and security of the villa. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was stunning. The house was great for our group of 8 - ages 13 to 76. First we felt very safe in the gated community & gated house. We cannot say enough about the pool which was almost everyone’s favorite place to be in & around. Views were gorgeous from house. The air conditioned bedrooms were very pleasant, beds very comfortable & mosquito free. Rest of house is open & not mosquito free… Can’t say enough about having Agatha, our housekeeper, who daily kept bedrooms cleaned & refreshed, kitchen, all inside & outside areas cleaned & enlightened us about the island. We used the kitchen for morning coffee, tea & light meals, but only when we weren’t going out for our crepe fix. Lots of nice restaurants near by & reservations needed for any after 6pm. We went to island for the many beautiful beaches. We were not disappointed. French side beaches were clear of sargassum. We monitored it daily. Recommend a rental car if you’re beach hopping or island exploring. Would love to come back & stay again. - Mrs W, June 2026
