The villa was clean, well maintained, completely private and secure. The villa was high up on a hill facing Orient Beach, considered number one beach on the island. The view was incredible, day and night. The manager was helpful and genuinely concerned about guests comfort. We had no issues requiring attention during the stay. A hidden gem with stunning views!!. Exceptional communication by the hosts . Our trip was rescheduled gracefully with winter storms during our initial travel in January . Mehdi was awesome , providing us with all our needed details at check in from restaurants , leisure and grocery shopping & always available for any questions we may have . We could not have asked for a better place to be in peaceful orient Bay Area with beautiful beach right across by car , beach square offering everything you need from great restaurants, grocery store, ice cream shop and best of all beautiful ambience. You hear peacocks , roosters every morning from the patio , making your mornings so relaxing . Expect surprise visits from local iguanas walking around in the neighborhood . We had an amazing stay at this villa managed by 100% Villas. Our concierge, Jahelle was fantastic! Meeting us for check-in and check-out, arranging a very reasonably priced car rental, and organizing beach chairs and an umbrella which were absolutely worth it. We were also welcomed with a generous basket of essentials, which was such a thoughtful touch. The villa itself was beautiful, with stunning views over Orient Bay and a large wrap around patio to enjoy them. It felt very private and peaceful within a gated community, yet it’s only about a 5 minute drive to the beach and restaurants in Orient Village. The villa was well equipped with a full kitchen, washer, and BBQ, so we felt right at home. Note: it sits at the top of a steep hill with stone stairs from the parking area, so a car is recommended.
