The concierge and housekeeping services were excellent. Communications were super fast and we loved all our restaurant reservations except one. The third (downstairs) bedroom really does not accommodate two people because of the toilet and shower being directly in the bedroom with no privacy. Was not an issue for us because we were only four people but should include photos of that room in your listing info. It would have been unacceptable to us had two people had to share that room. Our villa was immaculately cared for and had everything we needed. Pablo couldn't have been anymore helpful. He was attentive, quick to respond and very friendly. 5+ stars across the board! Anthony Hutterer our concierge made sure everything we needed or wanted! He was available day or night (even on his day off!!). Josephine, the house keeper and her husband the grounds keeper were excellent. We asked that they not come until lunchtime and they were very accommodating! If anyone is going to stay on the French side of St. Martin you would be foolish not to look at this Villa first! Anthony Hutterer our concierge and Josephine the house keeper were perfect! She’s there Monday-Friday ensuring the place is spotless and maintaining an inviting fragrance for the Villa. The Villa is so modern and cozy.
