This magnificent 4-bedroom villa offers the ideal setting for an unforgettable vacation in Saint-Martin. Nestled in a privileged location, it offers breathtaking ocean views, creating a stunning panorama conducive to relaxation.
A vast terrace invites you to relax and soak up the sun, while an outdoor dining area lets you share convivial moments with family and friends. The outdoor space is carefully landscaped, showcasing a magnificent infinity pool that blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. The swimming pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th, allowing guests to enjoy comfortable dips during the cooler months. Outside of this period, the pool heating is optional and can be arranged at an additional cost of $350 per week.
Inside the villa, you'll discover 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, accessible from the interior space. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort. Three of them offer panoramic views of the pool and ocean. The fourth bedroom overlooks the garden and has its own private terrace where you can retreat to enjoy a moment of tranquility.
The entire villa has a sleek, modern design, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the ocean view, adding a touch of culinary pleasure to your vacation.
Whether you're traveling as a family or a couple, this villa offers the space and comfort you need to relax and soak up the sun. Located on the hillside, you're just a 3-minute drive from the famous Orient Bay beach, renowned for its turquoise waters and water sports. What's more, you'll be just a short drive from Grand Case, famous for its restaurants, as well as the magnificent Anse Marcel beach, where you can relax on the white sand and enjoy breathtaking ocean views.
This villa can also be rented as a 3 or a 4-bedroom villa!
To ensure a carefree stay, housekeeping service is included and adapted to the season.
During the Christmas and New Year's period, guests enjoy daily housekeeping service (except Sundays and public holidays).
In high season, housekeeping is provided every other day.
During low season, stays of 5 nights include one housekeeping service, while stays of 7 nights include two housekeeping services, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their vacation.
Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. They are quoted in U.S dollars and subject to an additional 10% government and service tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. A security deposit is required for each reservation.
Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was exactly as pictured, if not even more beautiful in person. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The pool was perfect for our toddler and 4-year-old, giving them a safe and fun place to play every day. One of our favorite features was the large yard, which gave the boys plenty of room to run around and burn off energy. The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Chelsea, the concierge, was incredible and helped make every detail of our vacation effortless. The housekeeper was equally wonderful and was so kind to our little one, even helping him practice his French, which was such a special touch. This management company has clearly thought of everything to make your vacation seamless and relaxing. This villa exceeded our expectations! The home was so so so beautiful and spacious. The location within a privately gated community was perfect for a group of girls and posed 0 safety concerns. The host and concierge were extremely accommodating and very responsive. We were assisted quickly with anything we needed during our stay. The villa is about 20-30 minutes away from Simpson Bay where the parties are, however, being able to leave the busy scene and come back to a secluded oasis was very worth it. The villa was absolutely beautiful and true to the photos. It really was like a home away from home for us 7 on our girls trip. The management team was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish. Located about 25 minutes from Simpson Bay on the French side, the villa offered a peaceful retreat from the party scene. We had a rental car, so distance wasn't an issue, and having on-site parking made things super convenient. All the rooms matched the advert perfectly and the whole villa was spotlessly clean. A maintenance man came during our stay, and the team had already arranged transport for us - a real lifesaver for seven girls with lots of luggage. Chelsea greeted us on arrival and showed us around the villa. She was incredibly helpful throughout the stay, returning with extra toiletries and adapters, and meeting us again on departure to make sure everything went smoothly. Beautiful villa in the Les Terres-Basses community. Exactly as described however note that 2 bedrooms are only accessible from outside the main villa, downstairs. The Villa and rooms look just like the pictures. The pool was clean and warm. Our host Mehdi was responsive, attentive and friendly. The Villa had transportation To and From the airport and also stopped at the rental car lot with us while we rented vehicles for our group. We were provided with private chef recommendations and the chef was amazing, he delivered breakfast for us in the morning and cooked our anniversary dinner on site. We had some small issues with electricity and housekeeping but our concierge Mehdi was always available and responsive to all our needs. Overall this villa is an absolutely gorgeous villa with breathtaking views for a large group. My friends and I were very happy with our stay and would absolutely come again. - Mr. W, August 2024
Chelsea was amazing- very helpful and extremely responsive. The hot/cold handles on the shower are on the wrong knobs. Also there is no place in the shower to put toiletries I had to put my face soap on the floor. 100% Villas was excellent and our host, Jahelle, was the best! She took care of all our needs and went above and beyond the call of duty, scouring the island on a Sunday for flowers and balloons for my wife’s 50th birthday, she took our experience to the next level!!!
