Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. They are quoted in U.S. dollars and subject to an additional 10% government and service tax. Family of six adults that has stayed in several villas on Saint Martin and this was absolutely the best so far. Will for sure come back. We are all cooks and the kitchen is impressively stocked as was the bar. The furniture and beds were totally comfortable and beautiful. Outdoors the view is amazing day and night. Bugs were not terrible even at night. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature and everything was very well maintained. You can literally arrive with a swimming suit and you are good to go. Absolutely a great find. Christina the housekeeper was excellent, Julia the concierge was very helpful and the owners constantly checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Julia was fantastic. Mehdi was excellent. 100% Villas was excellent! They made our vacation stress free! Mehdi procured Chef Laura for our private dinner and made all the reservations we requested. Heither, the house caretaker, was excellent and a joy. Had we not engaged her in conversation we wouldn’t have even know she was there except the house was immaculate each day.
