Located on the heights of Orient Bay, Villa Karukera offers a breathtaking 180° view of Orient Bay, Anguilla and St. Barts in the distance.
This beautiful, recently renovated, contemporary 4 bedroom villa is the perfect place to vacation in St. Martin and enjoy the island life. Upon entering the villa, the incredible panoramic view dazzles with tropical mountains and the endless blue sea and sky.
The villa’s beautiful outdoor spaces open to a free-form infinity pool, a large open deck with plenty of room for poolside sunbathing, and a gazebo with a sitting area to enjoy the cool island breeze and views of our smaller neighboring islands, Green Cay, Pinel and Tintamarre.
A covered outdoor dining area, located just steps from the kitchen, is perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches or dinners during cozy times with family and friends. The beautiful entryway leads to a spacious, open living and dining area with views of the pool and ocean. With ample seating, this great room is ideal for spending time with friends and family, as well as entertaining.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an island where you can prepare your meals or have them prepared by one of our recommended chefs, while enjoying a beautiful ocean view.
The three main bedrooms, located around the pool, feature independent outdoor access, ensuring both comfort and privacy for each guest. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying the warm tropical climate. The master bedroom stands out with its private hot water tub, ideal for exclusive relaxation. Lastly, the fourth bedroom, nestled in a charming standalone bungalow just steps away from the main house, offers an intimate setting, breathtaking ocean views, an en-suite bathroom, a private terrace, and a convenient kitchenette.
The villa is ideal for families and couples, with the space and comfort to sit and relax while enjoying the sun and island life. Although secluded, you are only a 3 minute drive to the famous Orient Bay beach, restaurants, bars and stores. You are also a short drive from the fantastic culinary scene of Grand Case, or the beautiful beach of Anse Marcel.
This villa can also be rented as a 3 or a 4-bedroom villa.

By far the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Our host Mehdi was amazing, it was like staying at a 5 star hotel. Honestly, a better experience than most Four Seasons. Our families stayed here during the holidays and loved it! Spacious, every room has its own bathroom and shower (outdoor) and clean. And the views are spectacular! Marius was helpful and kind. Our stay at Villa Karukera was wonderful! Plenty of room for 6 adults, the house itself is beautiful, and it might have the best view on the island. It’s a short drive to Orient Beach which was one of the best beaches. The only problem is the villa is so great you won’t want to go anywhere! Our housekeeper was so great, we all loved her. The Villa looked exactly like the pictures, it was gated so we felt safe and the neighborhood was ducked off. It’s about a 30 min drive from everything but didn’t feel like it, we booked Gilbert as our private driver and he was AMAZING. We had trouble with keeping one of the rooms cool so try to keep the doors shut and curtains closed. The housekeeper comes everyday and she does a great job. We loved this location! Our housekeeper, Natalie was an absolute delight. It was truly a vacation to not have to clean up the kitchen, or to do our own laundry! The location is pretty, but it is not an area where you can walk to any attractions, a vehicle is required. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, and would come again. Villa karukera was absolutely breathtaking and extremely comfortable! The kitchen was missing a few things as it’s brand new- but nothing we couldn’t grab from the store! Our driver arrived with no issue, we didn’t want to rent a car so our concierge was able to set up a driver for us. The Villa was more than we could have imagined and we had no problem walking down to the beach to enjoy some of the beach bars- but we loved our villa so much we struggled to leave and explore. Natalie the housekeeper was absolutely amazing and Julia our concierge was there to greet us and help familiarize us with the house!
