The villa also features a swimming pool heated from October 15 to April 15; outside of this period, pool heating is available as an option for an additional $350 per week.

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. They are quoted in U.S. dollars and subject to an additional 10% government and service tax. Thank You for all of your assistance!!! We flew, arrived, ate, swam, slept, enjoyed the scenery and most of what St. Marteen had to offer. The villas was just like the pictures, beautiful!!! The weather was perfect, the food was good, the people were friendly. Having a rental car was the best idea ever!!!! Havalyn, I believe had a wonderful 21st birthday. They had rose petals in her room, bday cake, balloons and even champagne on her big day!! We already know we want to return and stay at another villa!!!! I had the chance to spend a week at the Just in Paradise villa and waw ... the name says it all. It was incredible from start to finish. The view is just crazy, every morning I woke up with this panorama of the sea, it’s impossible to get tired of it. The pool is huge, with a built-in jacuzzi, and the sunsets from the terrace or rooftop... I think it’s one of the most beautiful you can see. The villa itself is super modern, super comfortable, and the rooms are beautiful (special mention for the outdoor showers with a view!). We were so well settled that we had trouble getting out, but when we wanted to move, the most beautiful beaches in St Martin were only a few minutes away. Special mention and a big thank you to our concierge Marius who took very good care of us, who made sure that everything was going well for us in the villa. Thank you very much for your generosity and kindness.:prière: This made the trip even more magical. If you are looking for a place to really enjoy the island in a dream setting, I recommend it 1000%. Mehdi is the best in the business! We have stayed at several vacation rentals and he is hands-down. The best host we have ever ever had.!! We can’t wait to come back. The house was gorgeous and the service was impeccable !! He checked on us every day even came by with July 4 cupcakes for us! The house was stunning and the housekeeper Melissa was amazing! Our family of 6 had the most wonderful time on our trip this past week in St Martin. Our local concierge, Jahelle with 100% Villas, was so amazing, professional, and kind. From the moment Jahelle welcomed us to the villa on our day of arrival until our day of departure, she always made time to assist us whenever needed. This was our first time visiting St. Martin and had no idea where to stay. We are so grateful that we selected 100% Villas to book our accommodations. Our private villa, Just in Paradise, was as beautiful as the photos showed. The view was spectacular, the pool was perfect and the villa was spacious and clean. We felt very safe in the gated neighborhood of Terres Basses. Our concierge, Jahelle, was amazing. She arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, had our rental car waiting for us at the villa, put away the groceries we pre-ordered, and made all our dinner reservations for us. During our stay she would also check in from time to time to make sure all was well. Our housekeeper, Melissa, came in everyday to bring us fresh towels, linens, and to tidy up. The name of the villa is appropriate. It truly was paradise. The view, the pool, the accommodations, the staff - other than a few small issues that were promptly resolved, it was just a perfect stay. Melissa and Stephen were so sweet and professional and helpful! Steve was so patient and helpful at the airport. Mehdi and the whole team took such great care of us. We appreciate you all!! There was an issue with one room AC, lots of bugs, and the water went out on our last day. The first rental car we received also was way too big. We just returned back from a wonderful week vacation at the “Just in Paradise” villa. The villa is absolutely beautiful and the pictures do not justify what you actually receive when you are there. In regards to the concierge team managed by Mehdi, we couldn’t be more happier. From the time of booking, to our landing at SXM and during our entire stay, Mehdi and his team kept us informed and in communication with whatever our needs. Such things that he provided were restaurant recommendations, beach equipment rentals and ferry options...to name a few. Melissa, our daily housekeeper, was outstanding and she kept the space spotless. A real treat while you were here. THANK YOU!
