Villa Infinity Blue, in Saint Martin, a breathtaking view of shades of blue of the ocean and the neighboring islands. Also enjoy its unique and direct private access to the beach of Baie Rouge.
This six-bedroom property features two pools, a Jacuzzi, and plenty of space to relax and eat. During your stay, take advantage of the many facilities of the villa: a pool table, a beach volleyball court, a gym, a petanque court and much more.
Renovated in 2022, this property has been redecorated with refinement and state-of-the-art equipment.
This villa has 6 large bedrooms with 6 en-suite bathrooms. On the main level, 3 bedrooms have access to the main pool and the main terrace.
The main swimming pool is located at the entrance leading to the reception living area. It is heated from October 15th to April 15th, outside this period the heating of the pool is optional, for an additional fee. It is fully enclosed for complete privacy and wind-free living. It has large sun-beds, eight poster daybeds, lounging areas and a large fully fitted outdoor kitchen and bar with covered dining area seating for 12.
On the lower level, accessible by outside stairs, there are 3 more rooms, two of which have direct access to the second pool and the gym.
Ideally located in the private and exclusive residential community of Terres Basses, you will benefit from a prime location, a 10-minute drive from shops, restaurants and bars on the Dutch and French sides.
Villa Infinity Blue can be rented in 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms.

Our family had an amazing vacation for our stay and bringing in my birthday there. We loved the views of the ocean, the multiple outdoor sitting areas and all the activities listed at the home. My wife and I really enjoyed the stairs to the ocean from the villa. It proved for a great daily workout running up the stairs multiple times and then ending with a jump into the pool. The villa was amazing with beautifully proportioned house, its views, location and love having the private beach too!
