Please note that the pool is heated from December 16th to April 15th. Outside of this period, pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $350 per week. For your comfort, bed linens are also changed once a week.

Villa was a beautiful property in a great location. We loved the outdoor space and spent most of our time relaxing there and enjoying the wonderful view. Marius introduced us to the villa when we arrived and we appreciated that he knew right away that we were very familiar with the island and was never intrusive but always available. The two negatives we found were the living room could use some extra lighting. It was very dark during the nighttime hours. Also, having no air conditioning in the main part of the house usually is not a problem, but there were several nights with no breeze and an army of mosquitoes. - Mrs.O, January 2026
We hit the jackpot with this lovely villa in St Martin! The views were spectacular and it’s close to lots of great restaurants and beach activities at Orient Beach. There was so much to do and see and also the villa location is very private so we enjoyed some down time there as well. The villa was equipped with everything we needed for a week getaway. Villa Orient Bay in St-Martin? From our arrival until our departure, we enjoyed every moment. The driver who greeted us at the airport, Marius our indispensable concierge and Bernadette our lovely housekeeper made sure we were well taken care of at every step of our stay. The villa was spectacular with breathtaking views, and so well appointed, we lacked nothing. A thousand thanks Marius, for helping us choose the perfect restaurants, bringing champagne no less on my daughter’s birthday, and for handling everything else and making our stay unforgettable. Beyond the gorgeous pictures, it was so peaceful—nestled in the hills away from the hustle and bustle of Orient Bay. You truly feel on top of the world with the ocean view (and yes, it really is that blue!). The location was perfect, about 30 minutes in either direction to Maho/Simpson Bay.
