Additionally, it is conveniently located within a short drive to the Dutch side, Porto Cupecoy, casinos, Mullet Bay Golf Course, Maho, and just 10 minutes away from Marigot. Grand Case and Orient Bay are also easily reachable within a 25-minute drive.

Wonderful property with an A+ view! Even nicer than the photos!! Pros -- Very clean. Ample comfortable seating and beds. Windows along the back open fully to allow a nice breeze through the main living area. Option for AC everywhere. Layout was perfect. Two umbrellas on deck and multiple pool floats. The pool was great -- not heated, but did warm up by the afternoon. All rooms had shutters for evening time. We loved the option to stock the kitchen prior to arriving.
