Everyone loved the villa! 14 people and the house setup was perfect giving each couple their own bedroom space outside of the main living area that we all could share and come and go as we pleased. The house is very beautiful. very spacious & clean. very good for a big group, comfortable beds & lots of storage space. The view is breath taking, the pictures can't compare... Mehdi is a SUPER HOST/PLANNER without him this trip wouldn't be nowhere near as good. He was so attentive & thought of everything, if he suggests it, just trust him. We had a wonderful stay. My expectations were over exceeded, from beginning to end! The villa was gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice! The view is breathtaking! Everthing was clean and orderly. The staff at the villa were just amazing. There were very minor maintenance problems and they were addressed within minutes, without issue. The concierge, Mehdi make us feel so welcome and got us settled in immediately. He got us everything we needed and didn’t hesitate when we called. Before I could even ask for things, he was communicating steps/times for out upcoming activities. We were really just able to enjoy our time without worries. The entire experience was absolutely amazing! Transport to and from the airport went smoothly. They were awaiting our arrival and got us back to the airport in a timely manner. Mehdi was absolutely wonderful! He welcomed us and made sure our entire stay went smoothly. It was an excellent experience in St. Martin with the attention of 100% Villas and especially with Mehdi Scally who took great care of us and accommodated all our requests. The villa was excellent, I just think it could be better to supply more hot water for the 7 rooms, but it is a fantastic villa, in excellent condition and has everything one could need. Highly recommending 100% Villas and Mehdi Scally. Mehdi Scally is an excellent concierge who treated us impeccably from our arrival at St Martin to the moment we left the villa, meeting and catering to our every need.
