As you step through the front door of Villa Casa de la Playa, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking view of the pool and the blue of the Caribbean Sea beyond. The open and spacious layout of the villa allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living, immersing you in the beauty of the surroundings.
The large gourmet kitchen, attached to the Great Room, is a chef's dream. Guests may choose to enjoy the villa with or without chef service, depending on their preference. When included, the in-house Chef prepares three meals per day : breakfast, lunch, and dinner - cost of food and beverages additional.
The five bedrooms in Villa Casa de la Playa are strategically laid out to offer beach views and privacy. Each bedroom has its own private access under the covered terrace, allowing you to enjoy the stunning scenery at any time. The master bedroom, located separately from the Great Room, features an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a spacious rain shower, creating a tranquil oasis for relaxation.
The other four bedrooms are split into two sets of two on either side of the Great Room. They offer similar amenities and each has a large en-suite bathroom with views of the garden. This setup is perfect for families.

We had the most spectacular week in St Maarten at our Casa de la playa villa. We will be back! The house was beautiful and so well maintained with excellent staff. The beach access, the pool, the massage treatments, activities on and off the property made it the perfect family getaway, kids range from 13-18 and are busy kids! They had no dull moments! Jahelle’s service was impeccable upon arrival. We know service can change an experience. We can’t say enough about how this team made our experience so memorable and made coordination of everything so easy.
