Please note that the villa does not have its own private parking. However, a parking space is reserved for you at the entrance of the property.

My partner and I stayed at the Beach Cottage and can honestly say it was the best vacation we’ve ever had. The home was absolutely beautiful. Having our own private pool in a quiet, gated community allowed us to truly relax and unwind. The villa was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and being able to have groceries delivered before we arrived made our arrival completely seamless.
Marius was incredibly attentive and always available for texts, calls, and questions. He took the time to explain the island, sharing a brief history of St. Martin and helpful insight into the local area, which made our experience even more special.

LOVED our stay. Really well equip villa- they had provided everything: coffee, beach chairs, and a grill. I work remotely and was joining video calls and the wifi was great. Area is peaceful, off the beaten path, and lots of great beaches nearby. Staff was amazing and responsive. Lots of mosquitoes in the area but they provided candles, spray, and an electric swatter. This villa was perfect for us in every way! It was exactly what we wanted and expected. It had the old school charm we were looking for. The furniture and furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Mehdi was a lovely host too and gave us the important local info - groceries, restaurants and more. The kitchen well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals including an outdoor grill. It was perfect location to go for our long morning walks. We could also walk to the beach or do a short drive depending on what we were taking to the beach that day. It was a great location too. Easy to get anywhere. Marigot had shops, great restaurants, markets and more. We have been coming on and off for 40 years and will definitely be back. - Mrs L, May 2025
