I can’t express enough how amazing Baltazar was! From the very first communication to the final exit our experience was just the best! We had 6 small children ranging from 7yr to 2months and they thought of everything for us! They even had an alarm in the pool to keep the little ones safe! We had plans but of course the kids changed that so we ended up spending 3 days at Pinel at Karibuni and it was literally magic! The food was amazing and the boat transfer and chairs just made things so simple. Literally the family who owns the Villa are fantastic. Jules was so responsive and helpful and did everything he could to help and Caroline at 100% villas even checked on us multiple times. Seriously if you want a perfect carefree peaceful Saint Martin vacation book Baltazar and you will not regret it!! I truly can’t say enough good things about it! We will hopefully be back very soon! With a family of 8, it is challenging to truly find “something for everyone” but we finally achieved vacation perfection! Baltazar Villa is pretty, yet cozy and relaxing. The indoor and outdoor dining tables were perfect. We loved having the shady, breezy covered couches, dining and cooking area with lots of sun by the pool. The kids were thrilled with the bluetooth speaker and corn hole!! We used the kayaks almost every day and the incredibly convenient water taxi to Pinel. There were fun things to do around St. Martin and yet we were happy to stay “home”. Letitia and 100% Villas were incredibly attentive without being pushy. They reached out regularly to offer assistance with dinner reservations, activities like jet skiing and shopping suggestions. They arranged for a French chef to come cook us dinner and Valentine and Anna were wonderful! That was our favorite evening, of course. My family is already asking to return. Perfect location for our group of 7, with room to spare. Plenty of restaurants, grocery etc. within few minutes. Orient beach, Grand Case and Anse Marcel beaches all less than 10 minute drive away. A highlight for us was large covered outdoor space with dining table, comfortable couches for relaxing and pool deck with amazing views of bay and Pinel Island. Kitchen is well furnished with has everything needed to make a nice dinner in if you wish. Bedrooms are spacious and very clean on our arrival with two cleanings from housekeeper during our one week stay. The patio and pool area feels very private from neighbors with hedges on all sides. There is private dock with with direct access to the bay and kayaks. The concierge even arranged for a private boat meet us at dock and ferry us across to the Island for a day where is there are beach bars and restaurants (recommend Karibuni for lunch). The concierge was very friendly and attentive with regular check-ins.Highly recommend! Hard to have made it any better! Maybe a hammock in the backyard?
