The outdoor area is divided into different areas for lounging and elegant al-fresco dining, providing ample opportunities to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The large sloping entry pool spans almost the entire length of the terrace, offering a refreshing and picturesque setting.
The villa has three bedrooms in total, with two located on the upper level and one on the lower level. Each bedroom offers breathtaking ocean views and is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and privacy. The upper level bedrooms are spacious and include private seating areas both inside and outside. The lower level bedroom, accessible by an outside staircase, is a generous suite that features a private covered terrace and comfortable indoor lounging area.
All bedrooms in Villa La Favorita are accompanied by beautiful bathrooms adorned with tumble marble tiles. Each bathroom boasts large walk-in showers, with two of them also featuring outdoor showers for a unique and refreshing experience. One of the bathrooms even opens up to a garden, adding to the villa's charm and connection with nature.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this stunning villa. La Favorita offers beautiful ocean views from the outdoor spaces and the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The numerous indoor and outdoor sitting areas provided more than enough space for 6 guests to be comfortable.The villa was in good condition. That said, a large house with multiple complex systems and appliances will require maintenance just like our own home. 100% Villas ensured that any issues were addressed from replacing batteries in the TV remotes to an extra pool cleaning. La Favorita is a beautiful villa that was perfect for our needs. The villa looks exactly like the photos and is kept beautifully by the amazing local staff who work so hard to keep it pristine (shout out to Shanille, Robin and Glenford for their amazing work)! Julia at 100% Villas helped us design the perfect itinerary for our family and we truly had a wonderful trip back to Saint Martin. WOW! This experience was one of a kind. First off I'd like to say that this is one the best trips I've taken in a while solely because of the amazing staff and location. The pictures definitely don't do this lovely home justice. The villa was very spacious and had the most beautiful scenery. The pool was beautiful and every room was so nice. My favorite part was the open concept kitchen and the spacious living area. The area was very safe and the home had a huge gate with superb safety features.
