Upstairs, the Master suite features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing while taking in the spectacular sea views. The third bedroom, furnished with two double beds, also includes an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with a jacuzzi, which connects to the Master suite’s terrace.
The outdoor areas invite relaxation with a private pool, a spacious terrace, and privileged access to Cupecoy Beach, known for its golden cliffs and crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming and snorkeling.
The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, a workspace with a computer and printer, and housekeeping service to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay.

What a fantastic find on an incredible island! This villa lived up to the very big expectations created by looking at the amazing pictures online. But a good property is only part of it / it’s the people that make or break it… and all the people we met along the way were incredibly friendly, kind and willing to help us in any and every way we needed. Big shout out to Marius - you are a rockstar, and I felt comforted knowing you were a call or text away. He even randomly would check in on us to make sure everything was going well.
Would love to make a return visit next time we are in town. Thank you for making our little vacation magical!

Our family spent the week in St Martin and it was undoubtedly the best vacation we’ve ever had. The villa was perfect in every way - fully stocked kitchen, very clean, gorgeous finishes, and Caribbean views we’ll forever be dreaming of. We loved the gated community, 24/7 security, and the location on the island. Marius was an absolute gem. He greeted us upon arrival to give us a tour of the villa and frequently checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. He even put together an Easter egg hunt and invited our family to join. We left with very full hearts and hope to return someday soon ! - Mrs R, April 2024
