From its terrace and heated pool, you'll be mesmerized by breathtaking panoramic views of the sea.
Upon arrival, you’ll be charmed by the spacious interiors and high-end amenities designed for your well-being. Fully air-conditioned, the villa features a bright and expansive living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, and a spacious terrace with an outdoor bar—ideal for sunset cocktails. The heated pool, surrounded by tables and parasols, invites you to unwind while enjoying the horizon. Please note that the pool is heated from October 15th to April 15th. Outside this period, pool heating is optional, at an additional cost of $350 per week.
For moments of togetherness, enjoy the pétanque court in the courtyard, or gather around the fire pit, nestled among outdoor sofas, for memorable evenings under the stars.
Villa Nuit Jade offers five elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom to ensure privacy. Four bedrooms are located on the main level: two offer a view of the pool with direct access to the pool, while the other two, facing the garden, feature an outdoor shower and a private terrace, providing an intimate and serene space. The fifth bedroom is an independent studio accessible from the outside. A true exclusive retreat, the studio includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The bed in this bedroom consists of twin beds, which can be separated as needed. The studio opens onto a private terrace with sun loungers, parasols, and a jacuzzi—perfect for moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. They are quoted in U.S. dollars and subject to an additional 10% government and service tax. Rates in euros can also be provided upon request, based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of issuance. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. A security deposit is required for each reservation.

Our week-long family stay at Villa Nuit Jade was nothing short of exceptional. We loved the casual comfort of the Villa. It's a truly fabulous property with designer touches throughout, all the modern conveniences needed, an amazing very well-equipped kitchen, large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and incredible outdoor living and dining areas. Everything about the home has been very thoughtfully planned, no detail has been missed. This is truly a place where you can relax, enjoy the pool, read some books and not need to go anywhere else. The dedicated house staff keeps the house spotless and the grounds well manicured. Recommend bringing in a chef a few times. Fabulous Feasts is great to work with. For dining out, there are excellent restaurants close by, a 10-15 minute drive. From booking to pre-arrival planning, from arrival to departure, Marius, our concierge with 100% Villas, was so helpful and accommodating to our needs and special requests. I recently had the pleasure of vacationing in St. Martin from November 8th to November 15th, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience! Our stay at the Nuit Jade Villa was nothing short of spectacular, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Jeff was instrumental in helping me select the perfect villa for our vacation. Having vacationed with him twice before, he knows exactly what I like and is now effortlessly able to cater to my preferences in the best ways. Not only did he help secure the stunning Nuit Jade, but he also ensured we had the perfect concierge, Jahelle, to assist us throughout our stay. Jeff followed up with everything, from rental cars to any additional needs we had, as he is always at his client’s service! Together, he and Jahelle formed an incredible team that made our vacation seamless and enjoyable.
Jahelle was outstanding! She was incredibly lovely and always available, responding to my inquiries within minutes, no matter the time of day. Her attention to detail and dedication truly made our trip special. The villa itself was breathtaking, so beautiful that I often chose to stay in and soak in the majestic views rather than go out. This was my third time vacationing with Jeff, and he always outdoes himself with top-notch luxury service. While this was my first time working with Jahelle, she was amazing, and I CANNOT wait to collaborate with her again in the near future!

We had a spectacular vacation in Villa Nuit Jade! The villa itself was beautiful, elegant, spacious, comfortable, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Bravo to the owner for designing a spectacular luxury environment. The concierge and villa host, Jahelle, was fantastic and instrumental in making our stay in the villa and Saint Martin simply fabulous! She made sure we were well received, she was available every day to make sure we had everything we needed, and she helped us book many services on the Island and abroad (boat, beach clubs, restaurants).
